I tried to play a little bit online again today. Not with a lot of succes. Actually none of that at all. I was playing a little too loose in the first 2 sng's and when I finally put my tight mood on .. I got beat after beat 80% favorite before the flop, no good. Coinflips with good beginnings but very bad endings... I guess it's just not my day today. Actually, I'm sure it's not my day today.
Here's the setup .. $1 sng with 45 players at PokerStars. I play tight and build up my stack. At some point I get dealt AK under the gun. I can't really remember how it went down but for some reason we get it all in before the flop. The guy shows me AJ and the flop immediatelly kills my AKs.
I still had more then 2k left though so I wasn't really bothered. I just continued to play tight but I don't get anything playable so I get blinded down and down. Then I get AKs again on the button and push with about 10 big blinds ... The big blind who was short stacked called with JJ, the flop gives me an Ace, but OF COURSE he hits his 2 outer on the river. Jack .. boom. After that I had 2 big blinds left, game over.
